| Ingredients | 100% medium grain milled rice. Preparation: Stove top: bring 2 cups of rice and 2 ½ cup of water in a medium saucepan to a full boil. Reduce heat and simmer the rice covered for 20 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and let stand covered for an additional 10 minutes. Stir and serve. Electric rice cooker: combine 1 cup of rice and 1 ¼ cup of water in electric rice cooker pot. Continue as directed by rice cooker manufacturer. |
