Ingredients | Rice noodles (80 g): 92% rice flour, water, tapioca starch, salt. Spices mix & herbs sachet (28 g): sugar, salt, 5,3% aniseseed, 4,2% clover, 1,1% cinnamon bark, 1,1% cardamone, 0,7% black pepper. Black soybean sauce (15 g): 50% SOYbeans, water, sugar, salt, corn starch, thickener (E415), acidity regulator (E260, E330), coloring agent (E150a), preservative (E202). Vietnamese chili sauce (15 g): water, sugar, FISH sauce (ANCHOVY (FISH), salt, water), refined corn starch, chili extract, garlic extract, salt, acidity regulator (E260), antioxidant (E330). Preparation: place the dried noodles in a pot with boiling water and cook in 3 minutes. Drain and rinse well with cold water in a colander. In a pot, add 800 ml of water or beef or chicken stock together with the spices mix & herbs sachet. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 5 minutes. Finely chop shallot and coriander, thinly slice the raw beef or cooked chicken. Place the noodles in individual serving bowls and top with bean sprouts, basil leaves and blanched beef or cooked chicken slices. Bring the stock to a boil again, then pour the hot stock into each bowl. Garnish with chili fish sauce and black soybean sauce to one's preference. Storage conditions: ambient, cool and dry. Use once after opening the box. |
