This way you will know exactly which product you will like the most. The higher the product is on the scale, the higher the spiciness!

What is a Scoville rating?

A Scoville rating is a scale used for measuring the spiciness or distinct hot flavor of peppers. The scale tends to measure the level of spicy within a pepper and assigns it to a number rating in Scoville heat units also known as (SHU). Keep in mind that zero is the lowest and as the number rises so does the spiciness!
