Founded in 1918 as a family-run business, Thanh Ha is the longest-standing fish sauce enterprise in Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam. In 1998, they were one of the first fisheries to be allowed to export to Europe, under the brand Minh Ha Foods. Minh Ha Foods and Thanh Ha became the pioneer in the Vietnamese fish sauce Industry. Today, the company offers a first-class, authentic array of products. With their fishing boats, they select only the best fish for their products.

Thanh Ha’s fish sauces are of the highest quality. Without using any MSG, preservatives or artificial color, they are naturally delicious. The fish percentage varies in the sauces, up to an impressive 75%!

The sauce is made from anchovies that are sourced at the Vietnamese island Phu Quoc, which is known for its high-quality fish. Thanh Ha’s fish sauce is made from the first extraction of the fish, meaning is it at its most purest and contains the most protein and nutritional values from the fish. The fish is fermented for 18 months, which is longer than most sauces on the market. Giving it that unique taste!
