Vietnamese Summer rolls
- 6 sheets of Rice Paper by Hồ Gươm Ha Noi
- Carrot
- Bean sprouts
- Cucumber
- Lettuce
- Rice Vermicelli Size S -Bún tươi hà nội - 0,9mm (1580)
- 150 grams of tofu
- Mint & coriander leaves
How to make Vietnamese Summer rolls with Thanh Ha?
1. Drain the tofu and cut into strips. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry them on both sides.
2. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package and cut the vegetables into strips.
4. Fill a large bowl with warm water, the warmer it is, the faster the rice sheets will be ready to use.
5. Dip the rice sheet in the bowl with water and take it out so that it is soft (but not falling apart).
6. Put some of the herbs, noodles, tofu & vegetables in the middle and roll up. Continue until you have 6 summer rolls.
7. Dip the rolls in our delicious vegan fish sauce and enjoy your meal!
