| Ingredients | 100% thai glutinous rice. Preparation: Cooking: put 2 cups of Thai Glutinous Rice in a bowl. Add 6 cups of cold water. Allow it to soak for at least 8 to 24 hours. For faster preparation time, soak in hot water for 3 hours. Steamer: drain the rice and put it in a streamer. Cook for 25 minutes or till the rice becomes tender. After the cooking process, you will have 4 1/2 cups of delicious Thai Glutinous Rice. Put the cooked rice in a bamboo basket or bowl, covered with cloth, to keep it warm and prevent if from dyring out. Storage conditions: keep in cool and dry place. |
