Sushi Molds:
To make life a lot easier we have a variety of Sushi Molds to prepare different types of sushi. For example:
Nigiri Sushi (stand for: Sushi that is formed by hand): In the palm of the hand a chunk of Sushi Rice is pressed into a longish shape. On the rice you put a little wasabi and on top of the wasabi all kinds of toppings (only 1 topping per per piece of sushi). The toppings vary from tuna, salmon, eel, squid to even egg. Nigiri is usualy served per 2 pieces.
